Role Summary

  1. Provide high-quality information about Sophos products and services to customers, partners, and engineers.
  2. Work closely with technical support, sales, and licensing teams.
  3. Report to Customer Care Manager.

Responsibilities

  1. Assist customers, prospects, and partners via phone calls and emails.
  2. Document all communication with customers according to standards.
  3. Handle complaints and escalations professionally.
  4. Meet departmental goals for case management and customer satisfaction.
  5. Analyze and clarify customer queries through troubleshooting and research.
  6. Participate in team meetings and provide feedback.

Requirements

  2. Excellent communication skills.
  3. Ability to tailor communication style to different customers.
  4. Handle escalated calls with good judgment.
  5. Collaborative team player.
