Role Summary:
Supervise application systems, their architecture, design, and data flow.
Ensure harmony between software and hardware architecture for maximum efficiency.
Develop architectural approaches, document current systems, and provide recommendations for application enhancement.
Ensure optimal application and system performance.
Responsibilities:
Take charge of client requests and needs, ensuring quality and accuracy in implementing changes.
Attend client issue calls and development meetings, documenting all communication.
Facilitate knowledge transfer between projects and client issues.
Understand system design and offer product alternatives to meet client needs.
Maintain client relationships, troubleshoot software problems, and provide solutions.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with various departments within the organization.
Be the primary contact for clients, available 24/7, responsible for meeting their demands.
Adhere to department practices, procedures, and industry standards.
Perform detailed analysis, issue resolution, and change controls to ensure system integrity.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering fields.
0-2 years of professional experience in coding, designing, and developing.
