What You’ll Do

1. Develop and support MS Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
2. Ensure optimization of Automation code for maximum efficiency.
3. Identify reusable components and update the Object library accordingly.
4. Resolve complex issues and challenges faced by automation processes promptly.
5. Support existing processes and implement change requirements following a structured change control process.
6. Develop and support automation processes as per technical design documents.
7. Ensure architectural control over solution designs for consistency.
8. Adhere to design and coding standards, policies, and procedures.
9. Analyze, understand, and document business processes as required.
10. Update various documents like PDD/SDD/TDD, operating manual, and support documents.
11. Collaborate with teams during product testing and UAT phases.
12. Report status, issues, and risks to management regularly.
13. Deliver assigned activities within defined SLAs.
14. Participate in automation delivery performance reviews.
15. Receive and provide feedback on new Automation & .Net automation production sprints.
16. Communicate project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager.

B. Tech/BE – Computers, PG-MCA, M.Sc. – Computers
