Minimum Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related technical subject, or equivalent practical experience.
  2. Experience with web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP) and experience with database querying and optimization.
  3. Experience in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C++, Python).
  4. Experience working with and managing external partners/customers.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or MBA degree.
  2. Customer-facing experience in sales, sales engineering, consulting, or related functions.
  3. Experience in the online advertising industry.
  4. Great communication skills, ability to adapt your message to the audience’s technical level, and comfort presenting technical materials to groups of any size and background.
  5. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.

  1. The Customer Solutions Engineering (CSE) team is part of gTech Professional Services in Ads. Their mission is to partner with sales on strategic customers, big bets, and large opportunities to drive growth in Ads’ business by creating technical solutions.
  2. Responsibilities include identifying and prioritizing projects, understanding unique business challenges advertisers face, and developing innovative solutions.
  3. Customer Solutions Engineers work closely with sales teams, develop client relationships, propose and present prototypes and proofs-of-concept, and deliver deep technical value to clients’ digital initiatives.
  4. Travel may be required to meet specific partners/clients in the region.
