Responsibilities:

Carry out Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) tasks with an understanding of their impact on the business.

Follow customer security and compliance rules.

Implement approved changes according to the customer’s change management process.

Manage incidents following ITIL/BIC framework.

Maintain appropriate communication with customers.

Ensure productivity goals are achieved.

Project/Process:

Review customer satisfaction feedback and implement necessary improvements.

Participate in critical situation processes for timely incident resolution.

Log and categorize incidents.

Coordinate with resolver groups and vendors/carriers.

Troubleshoot escalated issues and escalate as needed.

Contribute to FAQ database and knowledge articles.

Contribute to continuous service improvement plans.

Develop induction documents and facilitate new joiner induction.

Manage team and floor effectively.

Team/People:

Assess team members’ skills and provide assistance as needed.

Participate in knowledge sharing sessions.

Encourage team members to engage in innovation programs.

Mentor new hires.

Provide recommendations for team and individual recognition and performance ratings.

Organization:

Ensure team participation in organizational technology events and knowledge sharing forums.

Adhere to organizational policies and processes, including security policies and timelines.

Participate in recruitment activities.
