Position: Software Development Engineer in Test 

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India

Experience : Freshers

Salary : 3 – 5 LPA (Expected)

Overview: 

We’re offering an internship opportunity for a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) role at a leading online gaming company specializing in Casual & Boardgame segments in India.

Responsibilities:

1. Gain knowledge in competitive programming basics.
2. Proficiency in a programming language, preferably Node.js.
3. Show problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
4. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
5. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
6. Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or related field, or have equivalent experience.

Job Description:

1. Collaborate with software developers and QA engineers to understand requirements and design automated scripts.
2. Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Node.js or other languages.
3. Execute automated test suites and analyze results for defects and improvements.
4. Participate in code reviews to ensure script quality.
5. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for organizational use.
6. Work closely with teams to prioritize and resolve issues.
7. Contribute to testing process improvements.
8. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies.
