Job Summary:

1. Looking for a Software Engineer skilled in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to join our team.
2. The role involves supporting the AI and ML Computer Vision lead in training ML models and creating training datasets.

Primary Job Duties:

1. Work with various teams to understand business needs and find ML opportunities.
2. Analyze existing systems to find areas for ML improvement.
3. Design and develop ML models for complex business problems.
4. Prepare and preprocess data for training ML models.
5. Train and fine-tune ML models using appropriate techniques.
6. Integrate ML models into existing and new applications.
7. Test and validate ML solutions for accuracy and scalability.
8. Monitor and improve deployed ML models as needed.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI&ML, Data Science, or similar.
2. Experience in creating training datasets and annotating data for ML projects.
3. Strong understanding of ML algorithms and frameworks.
4. Proficiency in Python or similar programming language.
5. Experience with ML libraries like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
6. Knowledge of data preprocessing and model evaluation.
7. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
2. Professional experience in AI and ML projects.
3. Familiarity with data visualization tools.
4. Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
5. Understanding of Agile or DevOps methodologies.
