Client Onboarding & Regulatory Services (CORS) is part of Operations and is responsible for regulatory client onboarding, refresh, and screening.
The KYC Remediation team supports regulatory compliance requirements and ensures thorough verification of customer identity and business.
Responsibilities:
- Stay updated with regulatory changes related to client KYC, Suitability, and Documentation.
- Escalate identified risks during the documentation review process.
- Collaborate with client-facing teams to gather necessary documents and information to meet regulatory and internal policies.
- Act as a subject matter expert on AML/KYC documents and processes.
- Manage client due diligence, coordinating with stakeholders responsible for KYC.
- Serve as the point of contact for KYC and reporting issues for designated clients.
- Discuss and escalate complex issues with Compliance.
- Act as an escalation point for client issues and collaborate on solutions.
- Review cases before handover for assessment.
- Represent the team at meetings, providing progress updates.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an AML/KYC role is required.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Analytical, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Risk and controls awareness.
- Ability to think broadly and understand the big picture.
- Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong client focus and ability to partner with internal groups.
- Ability to navigate a complex infrastructure.
