Position: Quality Assurance Associate
Location: Maharashtra, India
Job Description
- Responsible for overseeing and implementing the Marken Quality Management System (QMS), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and policies.
- Ensure compliance with regulations like Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Distribution Practices (GDP), ISO standards, etc.
- Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for the ZenQMS Electronic Document Management System and Quality Systems Management.
- Assist in managing documents throughout their life cycle.
- Handle requests submitted to the ZenQMS helpdesk.
- Manage Complaints, Risk Assessment, Change Controls, Deviations, CAPAs, and Audits.
- Assist in writing quality assurance procedures for compliance.
- Help in internal and external audits.
- Assist in vendor management and client audits.
- Identify training needs and deliver training.
- Communicate effectively with management and stakeholders.
- Follow up on outstanding issues and assigned tasks.
General Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with national and international standards.
- Efficiently manage records related to Quality Assurance.
- Be willing to travel as required.
- Undertake other duties as assigned.
- Adhere to company policies and Good Practices.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of relevant guidelines and regulations.
- 0-1 year of experience in a Quality Assurance role.
- Associate degree or equivalent.
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
