2. Problem Analysis: Review production, maintenance, and malfunction records to identify issues and propose solutions for enhanced performance.
3. Equipment Enhancement: Research, assess, and recommend equipment purchases to improve computer operations.
4. Team Leadership: Lead, assess, and develop computer operations staff to meet production targets and budgets.
5. Communication: Collaborate with managers to understand information needs and develop plans for integration into operations.
6. Vendor Management: Select and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality service.
7. Support Services: Assist internal users with computer applications and hardware issues, collaborating with other teams for problem resolution.

Qualifications:

1. Entry-level role with supervision, dealing with tasks of limited complexity.
2. Ability to analyze data and situations using standard procedures.
