Software Support (TAC)

The Software Support Engineer helps customers with technical issues 24/7/365. They need good communication and problem-solving skills, and they must understand the GO Software system for Warehouse operations well. Their tasks include:

  1. Providing Technical Support
  2. Solving Critical Issues
  3. Training & Making Documents
  4. Monitoring Systems
  5. Working with other teams

They need to know LINUX, GRAFANA, INFLUX DB, POSTGRES DB, MYSQL, SHELL/PYTHON SCRIPTING, and other tools used in GreyMatter SW.

Engineer – Software Support

GreyOrange is looking for a Technical Support Engineer (TSE) to help customers using warehouse automation products. They’ll give level 3 support and share feedback with R&D. 

Responsibilities

  1. Solving technical issues passed from L2
  2. Acting quickly on each issue
  3. Solving issues without needing L4/R&D
  4. Meeting SLAs
  5. Following ticketing rules
  6. Sharing technical info with the team
  7. Helping CSMs build a strong team
  8. Tracking system reliability
  9. Preventing future issues

Required:

  1. B.Tech/B.E. freshers OR 6 months experience in 24*7 Software Support
  2. Familiar with Linux/Unix
  3. Knows SQL
  4. Familiar with Python/Shell scripting
  5. Good communication skills
  6. Can work different shifts

Preferred:

Willing to travel to US/Europe

B1/B2 Visa holders preferred
