Software Support (TAC)
The Software Support Engineer helps customers with technical issues 24/7/365. They need good communication and problem-solving skills, and they must understand the GO Software system for Warehouse operations well. Their tasks include:
- Providing Technical Support
- Solving Critical Issues
- Training & Making Documents
- Monitoring Systems
- Working with other teams
They need to know LINUX, GRAFANA, INFLUX DB, POSTGRES DB, MYSQL, SHELL/PYTHON SCRIPTING, and other tools used in GreyMatter SW.
Engineer – Software Support
GreyOrange is looking for a Technical Support Engineer (TSE) to help customers using warehouse automation products. They’ll give level 3 support and share feedback with R&D.
Responsibilities
- Solving technical issues passed from L2
- Acting quickly on each issue
- Solving issues without needing L4/R&D
- Meeting SLAs
- Following ticketing rules
- Sharing technical info with the team
- Helping CSMs build a strong team
- Tracking system reliability
- Preventing future issues
Required:
- B.Tech/B.E. freshers OR 6 months experience in 24*7 Software Support
- Familiar with Linux/Unix
- Knows SQL
- Familiar with Python/Shell scripting
- Good communication skills
- Can work different shifts
Preferred:
Willing to travel to US/Europe
B1/B2 Visa holders preferred
