Job Title: Content Writer

Location: Bangalore

Reporting to: Associate Manager

Ideal Candidate:

1. We need a dynamic Content Writer to help create a great merchant experience.
2. You’ll handle various communication tasks with skill.
3. If you’re great at communication and want to help us provide a transparent merchant experience, send us your resume.

Responsibilities:

1. Improve how PhonePe interacts with merchants.
2. Work with different teams to develop content strategies.
3. Analyze merchant experience and suggest improvements.
4. Report on analysis performance and compare against goals.
5. Work on interactive chatbots and new interaction models.
6. Assist customer support executives in delivering excellent service.
7. Handle various communication requests.

Key Qualifications:

1. 3+ years experience in content writing and working with internet products/apps.
2. Understand customer psychology and have strong narrative skills.
3. Able to present and defend creative ideas.
4. Can collaborate with different teams.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Content Management Systems.
6. Experience in customer/merchant experience team is a plus.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Journalism, or related fields.
