Job Description:
Stakeholder/Business Management:
- Assist in managing customer product support via phone, chat, or email.
- Provide customer support for international clients through inbound and outbound calls.
- Explained and promoted client products, such as analytics and YouTube, to customers.
- Ensure efficient and timely service delivery for multiple clients.
- Collaborate with functional leads to enhance process efficiency and productivity.
- Work with the business development team to expand services and acquire new clients.
- Develop and implement risk and mitigation plans in consultation with project stakeholders.
- Serve clients either through account managers or directly via various applications.
- Provide performance status reports to the manager and handle escalations.
Web:
Design and develop internet/intranet web pages according to client requirements and agreed timelines.
Design:
Create client marketing collaterals/presentations adhering to brand guidelines and agreed timelines.
Customer Relationship Management:
Provide information, educate customers, update trackers and applications, and inform stakeholders of new issues.
People/Team:
Actively participate in knowledge-sharing sessions.
Contribute to organizational activities.
Must-Have Skills:
Proficiency in English communication.
Good-to-Have Skills:
Knowledge of after-sales and technical service.
