Position Overview:
Seeking a motivated individual to join our IT Service Desk team as a fresher. This entry-level position offers recent graduates or those with limited experience a chance to gain valuable skills.
Responsibilities:
- Record actions in the IT Service Management Tool.
- Understand contractual goals and SLAs.
- Manage online and offline support efficiently.
- Competent in mobile technology.
- Learn advanced troubleshooting skills.
- Resolve incoming incidents and requests.
- Provide IT support for various technologies, mainly Microsoft.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and tickets professionally.
Skills Required:
- Fresher or 0-1 years experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to work night shifts.
- Knowledge of Windows, AD, 0365, etc.
- Experience in Active Directory, Outlook, and Network troubleshooting.
