Your Impact:

1. Helping customers self-serve reduces the need for direct contact with PayPal, which is good for the company.
2. There’s a big chance to upgrade our tools, especially with new innovations in the field.
3. You’ll directly impact both external and internal customers.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with product partners to enhance our products.
2. Focus on creating self-service systems in chat and IVR.
3. Work mainly with technologies like Google Dialog Flow, Java, Sprint boot, REST, and Microservices.
4. Coordinate with engineering partners across different locations.

Your Skills:

1. Customer-focused mindset.
2. Ensure designs and implementations meet set standards.
3. Take ownership of quality throughout the software development process.
4. Understand technical designs within PayPal’s technology team.
5. Collaborate with various teams (business, product, technology) to understand requirements and suggest implementation options.
6. Adapt to fast-paced environments and changing business needs.
7. Proficiency in both frontend and backend programming.
8. Strong in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular JS, React, Java, Python, REST APIs, web services, unit testing, build tools, and databases like MySQL or Oracle.
9. Good problem-solving and communication skills.
