About the Role

Responsibilities
- Continuous Improvement: Lead projects to improve forecast accuracy and workforce planning processes.
- Accurate Forecasting: Develop and maintain workforce forecasts using historical data and predictive modeling.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Recruitment, and Finance teams to align workforce strategies with business goals.
- Proactive Optimization: Identify trends to optimize staffing levels and minimize costs.
- Insightful Reporting: Create and share reports on forecast accuracy and key trends.
- Effective Scheduling: Collaborate with the scheduling team to create efficient schedules.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree with at least 12 months of experience in WFM, including forecasting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in WFM tools, scheduling software, advanced Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
- Leadership: Experience in leadership roles or as a team lead.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion: Keen interest in staying updated with industry trends.
