Job Description

1. Talk to customers on the phone and help them with their questions or problems.
2. Give correct information and fix any issues customers have quickly.
3. Help customers with questions about products or services and their accounts.
4. Listen carefully to customers to understand what they need and make sure they are happy.
5. Know a lot about the company’s products, services, and rules to help customers better.
6. Write down what customers say and update their information.
7. Get help from the right department if a problem is too hard to solve.
8. Try to sell more products or services if needed.
9. Do all tasks as per the team’s goals and your own goals.
10. Be okay with working at any time, even during the night.

Qualifications

You need to have finished college.

Additional Information

You might have to work night shifts or different shifts at times.
