Job Description

What You’ll Do

  1. Design, develop, and implement services for the Cloud Shared Services team.
  2. Own a service from end to end and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  3. Support fast-paced development and deployments while ensuring high availability.
  4. Explore new technologies to enhance the environment.
  5. Deliver and support support systems according to project timelines.

Who You’ll Work With

  1. Develop, deploy, and support multiple Cloud Shared Services systems.
  2. Responsible for the development and documentation of Operations Portal.
  3. Serve as a subject matter expert for SOA services solutions.
  4. Report directly to the Director of Cloud Shared Services.

What Makes You a Qualified Candidate

  1. Bachelor’s Degree or experience in Cloud development and operations.
  2. Strong foundation in Python and experience with OAuth 2.0, Azure AD, and AuthN/AuthZ with Azure.
  3. Understanding of REST services architecture and expertise in AWS cloud technologies.
  4. Proficiency in CI/CD tools and a good understanding of CNCF.
  5. Experience in UI design and integration.
  6. Implement security measures using OAuth 2.0, Azure AD, and AuthN/AuthZ with Azure.
  7. Develop and deploy RESTful services and utilize AWS cloud services.
  8. Facilitate CI/CD using Jenkins, Git pipeline, and other relevant tools.
  9. Contribute to planning, design, and implementation of new features.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems.
  11. Stay updated on developments in web applications and programming languages.

What You’ll Bring

  1. Understanding of the application development lifecycle process.
  2. Proficiency in development tools with analytical and problem-solving skills.
  3. Experience in automation using Perl/Python, Go, or DevOps tools like Terraform or Ansible.
  4. Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools like AWS CloudWatch and Datadog.
  5. Client service ethic and a record of delivering exemplary client satisfaction.
  6. Stay current with industry trends in Information Technology.
