Skills Required:

4. Familiarity with software design patterns and performance best practices.
5. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.

Preferred Attributes:

1. Skill in at least one programming language (Java, JavaScript, React is a plus).
2. Understanding of functional and non-functional testing best practices.
3. Openness to feedback and collaboration.
