Salary: Upto 7 LPA (Expected)

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Resolve technical issues and answer customer questions about ServiceNow software.
  2. Provide web, chat, email, case updates, and phone support.
  3. Build trust and show empathy while communicating with customers.
  4. Use diagnostic tools to identify issues and resolve them.
  5. Collaborate with other teams for complex cases.
  6. Offer feedback for process and product improvements.

Required Skills:

  1. Proficient in server-side JavaScript, Unix Shell scripting, Windows scripting, and PowerShell.
  2. Knowledgeable in server administration for Windows and Unix.
  3. Experience with remote administration tools like SSH, SNMP, WMI, and PowerShell.
  4. Understand SNMP traps, MIBs, and OIDs.
  5. Skilled in modifying XML and JSON and using Regular Expressions (RegEx).
  6. Familiar with AWS, Azure, VMWare, Amazon EC2, and their templates.
  7. Understanding protocols such as HTTP, TCP, FTP/SFTP, SOAP, and REST.
  8. Use of troubleshooting tools like Wireshark and Traceroute.
  9. Solid grasp of object-oriented programming (preferably Java).
  10. Knowledge of database concepts.
  11. Familiar with ITOM, CMDB, and ITIL processes.
  12. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  13. Ability to analyze log files and debug issues.
  14. Experience in web development support.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Experience with the ServiceNow platform.
  2. Understanding of JavaScript and Eclipse IDE.
  3. Background in software development or software consulting.
  4. Support and troubleshooting experience in e-commerce applications.
  5. SaaS support experience.
