Key Responsibilities:
Customer Experience:
- Create positive experiences for customers and build loyalty.
- Provide customer-centric service in every interaction.
- Maintain ownership of customer issues until resolved, managing expectations and deliverables.
Technical Expertise:
- Develop and maintain strong functional and technical knowledge of SAP Concur products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to SAP Concur product within SLA timelines.
- Provide regular updates on case statuses and escalate issues when necessary.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicate professionally and empathetically with customers to resolve their queries.
- Collaborate effectively with peers, other departments, and management across different time zones.
- Participate in minor projects or initiatives as requested.
Knowledge Sharing:
- Improve existing articles or create new ones for the Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS) knowledge base.
- Share knowledge and assist colleagues, contributing to a positive team culture.
Process Improvement:
- Explore opportunities to refine processes and embrace changes to achieve organizational goals.
- Maintain schedule flexibility, including working on weekdays and weekends as needed.
Role Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Experience:Preferred external customer-facing experience.
- 0 to 3 years of experience in troubleshooting software/hardware/product/process/tool issues.
- Technical Skills:Understanding of SQL is preferred.
- Experience with SAP Concur products or similar SaaS/Cloud products is a plus.
- Knowledge of Finance & Accounts, SQL, Python, or any programming language for automation is desirable.
- Soft Skills:Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills in English.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization.
- Passion for customer service and teamwork.
- Ability to work in a diverse cultural environment and adapt to changes.
Additional Information:
Travel: Expected travel is 0 – 10%.
Employment Type: Limited Full Time.
