Job Description
In this role, you will be a part of Cybersecurity and Privacy services, aiding clients in implementing robust cybersecurity measures to safeguard against threats, foster digital transformation, and drive organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- OKTA Solutions Implementation: Deploying and managing OKTA solutions to align with business needs.
- System Integration: Integrating OKTA with diverse systems and applications within the client’s infrastructure.
- Technical Support: Providing assistance and troubleshooting for OKTA-related issues as they arise.
- Collaborative Implementation: Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of OKTA solutions.
- User Training: Conducting training sessions for end-users to ensure efficient utilization of OKTA features.
Requirements
- OKTA Expertise: Demonstrated experience with OKTA Identity Cloud, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and User Lifecycle Management.
- IAM Understanding: Strong grasp of identity and access management (IAM) concepts.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Communication Skills: Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate efficiently with team members.
Skills
- Mandatory: Proficiency in OKTA.
- Preferred: Familiarity with Identity Access Management (IAM).
