Position: Associates – Activations at Myntra

Location: Bangalore, India

Salary : 4-7 LPA (Expected)

Experience: Freshers (0-1 years)

Goals & Objectives:

Oversee the operations of the fwd Campus program, including events, ambassadors, and community management.

Foster a collaborative environment among members.

Drive growth and promotion of fwd fashion offerings within the student community.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the fwd student community, aiming to create engaged communities of brand enthusiasts, shoppers, and creators through educational, entertaining, and sales-driven activities.
2. Develop and execute growth strategies for the campus & student program, including participation in events and on-ground activations.
3. Ensure high engagement and participation in the fwd campus ambassador program.
4. Formulate evolving member growth strategies.

Content Development:

Oversee the creation of marketing materials, content, and promotional collateral.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

1. Work closely with category teams, pricing teams, central marketing, and social media teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of marketing efforts.
2. Collaborate with external agencies and partners to implement marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Brand Marketing, Brand Communications, Influencer & Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. Strong grasp of social media platforms, influencer trends, and digital marketing.
3. Proficient in project management and organization.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
5. Creative thinker capable of developing innovative marketing strategies.

Preferred Skills:

1. Creative thinking skills for generating unique and engaging campaign ideas.
2. Proficiency in project management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
3. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
