- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and handle sensitive content.
- Knowledge of social networking and online trends.
- Proficiency in languages other than English is a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform data annotation and content moderation tasks to ensure platform compliance.
- Analyze and review various media types based on guidelines and policies.
- Recognize data trends and contribute to continuous improvement processes.
- Develop a deep understanding of guidelines and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute projects.
- Track project success criteria and performance metrics.
- Maintain communication plans and ensure global alignment.
- Use data and performance metrics to demonstrate project value.
- Adhere to ethics and privacy policies when working with data.
- Ensure data protection and security standards are maintained.
- Investigate coding or language scenarios to refine algorithms and identify misuse.
- Collaborate with team members on problem-solving and reporting.
- Work with offensive and mature material to train AI models.
- Provide accurate and consistent data annotation and transcription.
