Your Role and Responsibilities:

  1. Help develop next-gen partner solutions at Apptio, working closely with our partners and internal teams.
  2. Understand partners’ technical needs, design solutions for partners and customers and act as a technical bridge between our company and partners.
  3. Provide technical support and training to ensure successful implementation and use of joint solutions.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

  1. Supported and maintained customers using the Apptio SaaS solution, resolving issues promptly.
  2. Manage clients operationally, assisting with new data uploads and validating dashboard outputs.
  3. Cultivate strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  4. Work as part of a startup-like support team, going the extra mile to exceed customer expectations.
  5. Utilize business and technical analysis skills to solve complex issues and promote best practices.
  6. Collaborate across departments to enhance customer satisfaction.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise:

  1. Understanding of relational database concepts.
  2. Basic programming skills and knowledge of web development (e.g., Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL).
  3. Experience with Cloud computing platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  4. Proficiency in handling large datasets in Excel and resolving data-related issues.
  5. Ability to complete technical designs through iterative mockups.
  6. Knowledge of IT services and financial management, including budgeting and cost allocations.
  7. Operational understanding of IT infrastructure domains.
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  9. Client-focused mindset and excellent communication skills.
  10. Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and switch between tasks efficiently.
  11. Innate ability to break down problems and pinpoint root causes.
  12. Self-starter attitude and a team player mentality.
