Role and Responsibilities

1. Work with IBM Consulting to find and hire top talent to meet the organization’s needs.
2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and specifications.
3. Develop recruitment strategies to find qualified candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, and networking.
4. Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices to improve hiring processes.
5. Proactively search for candidates through online postings, networking events, and job fairs.
6. Review resumes, screen candidates, and conduct initial interviews.
7. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
8. Evaluate candidates’ skills and cultural fit and provide feedback to hiring managers.
9. Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment.
10. Support new hires during their integration into the organization.
11. Maintain accurate records of candidate information and hiring metrics.

Required Skills

1. Experience in recruitment, preferably in the IT sector.
2. Understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
5. Knowledge of industry trends and market conditions.
6. Ability to target candidates effectively and provide insights to hiring managers.

Preferred Skills

1. Building a strong professional network for talent sourcing.
2. Adaptability to new situations and changes.
