Role Overview
- Use your understanding of client processes and systems to handle customer orders from start to finish.
- Keep customers updated about their orders through calls and messages.
- Work with the supply chain to ensure timely dispatch and activation of devices.
- Communicate clearly with customers about delivery times, schedule changes, and device returns.
- Handle different parts of the order process as needed to meet demand.
- Respond to requests from other departments via calls and emails.
- Assist onshore staff with overflow calls during peak times and weekends.
- Follow documented procedures to navigate Telstra systems and process orders.
- Suggest improvements to processes and procedures.
- Complete all required training to stay updated on skills and knowledge.
- Follow health and safety policies to ensure a safe working environment.
Skills Required
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently with good self-discipline.
- Experience in call centers or customer management is desirable.
- Efficient use of relevant systems to provide customer solutions.
- Excellent time management and ability to meet performance goals.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems and applications.
- Good troubleshooting skills to resolve customer issues.
- Ability to multitask while speaking with customers.
- Proficient in note capturing and typing.
