Roles and Responsibilities:

Staffing Recruiter – Trainee:

  1. Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external candidates.
  2. Build and maintain talent pipelines through candidate interactions.
  3. Manage candidate inquiries and care.
  4. Support recruitment activities like sourcing and screening candidates.
  5. Plan and execute events and engagements.

Business Analyst – Trainee:

  1. Respond to RFIs, RFPs, and requests for quotations.
  2. Qualify opportunities by verifying timelines and budgets.
  3. Assist in creating commercial proposals with relevant content.
  4. Support SOW creation with deliverables, assumptions, and exclusions.
  5. Help account teams with RFP defenses.
  6. Track opportunities and provide pipeline visibility.
  7. Work with sales teams for accurate forecasting.

Sales Operations Analyst – Trainee:

  1. Assist in data analysis and process execution.
  2. Support account creation processes.
  3. Coordinate new programs and projects with stakeholders.

PACE Coordinator – Trainee:

  1. Manage initial steps of the interview and hiring process.
  2. Schedule candidate interviews and handle communication.
  3. Arrange candidate travel and expense reimbursements.
  4. Partner with recruiters to manage job offers.
  5. Track completion of background checks and employment documentation.
  6. Ensure equipment and workspace readiness for new hires.

Who You Are:

  1. Educational Background:Completed a 3-year Non-Engineering degree (B.Com, BBA, BA, BBM, etc.).
  2. Graduated in 2023 with a Provisional Degree Certificate.
  3. Availability:Must be available for a 12-month period.
  4. Skills:Basic knowledge of MS Office tools.
  5. Good communication skills.
  6. Proactive engagement and a team player.
  7. Enthusiastic about learning with a “Can do” attitude.
  8. Enrollment:Must be enrolled as a student on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) website and have a valid student enrollment number.
