Roles and Responsibilities:
Staffing Recruiter – Trainee:
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external candidates.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through candidate interactions.
- Manage candidate inquiries and care.
- Support recruitment activities like sourcing and screening candidates.
- Plan and execute events and engagements.
Business Analyst – Trainee:
- Respond to RFIs, RFPs, and requests for quotations.
- Qualify opportunities by verifying timelines and budgets.
- Assist in creating commercial proposals with relevant content.
- Support SOW creation with deliverables, assumptions, and exclusions.
- Help account teams with RFP defenses.
- Track opportunities and provide pipeline visibility.
- Work with sales teams for accurate forecasting.
Sales Operations Analyst – Trainee:
- Assist in data analysis and process execution.
- Support account creation processes.
- Coordinate new programs and projects with stakeholders.
PACE Coordinator – Trainee:
- Manage initial steps of the interview and hiring process.
- Schedule candidate interviews and handle communication.
- Arrange candidate travel and expense reimbursements.
- Partner with recruiters to manage job offers.
- Track completion of background checks and employment documentation.
- Ensure equipment and workspace readiness for new hires.
Who You Are:
- Educational Background:Completed a 3-year Non-Engineering degree (B.Com, BBA, BA, BBM, etc.).
- Graduated in 2023 with a Provisional Degree Certificate.
- Availability:Must be available for a 12-month period.
- Skills:Basic knowledge of MS Office tools.
- Good communication skills.
- Proactive engagement and a team player.
- Enthusiastic about learning with a “Can do” attitude.
- Enrollment:Must be enrolled as a student on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) website and have a valid student enrollment number.
