Job Description

1. Required Travel: Minimal

3. Location: Pune, India (Amdocs Site)

Role Overview

Main Task: Focus on test execution, validation, and certification of software readiness.

Key Responsibilities

1. Test Execution: Perform test procedures and scripts manually or using automated tools.
2. Monitoring: Supervise and report on test execution promptly, aiming for high quality.
3. Documentation: Record test results and provide necessary information for ongoing measurements and reporting on risks, defects, tests, and coverage.
4. Analysis: Evaluate reports and discrepancies to find the root cause and assess script failures.
5. System Behavior: Compare system behavior with expected results based on business and technical requirements, identify issues, propose improvements, and perform repetitive tests to resolve issues.
6. Design Reviews: Participate in and contribute to internal design reviews of testing materials.

Qualifications

1. Education: B.A. / B.Sc. in IT, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or Systems Analysis.
2. Experience: Proven experience in programming, testing tools, and methodologies.
3. Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in testing software projects.
