Job Description

1. Work from home opportunity with Amazon Customer Service.
2. Role: Customer Service Associate.
3. Job Type: full-time/part-time.

Responsibilities

1. Be the first point of contact for customers, handling queries via phone, chat, and/or email.
2. Solve customer issues ranging from order inquiries to website assistance.
3. Utilize various tools to research and provide solutions effectively.

Work Hours

1. Variable hours including overnight/day/late shifts.
2. Minimum 40 hours per week, scheduled between 6 am and 11 pm Sunday to Monday.
3. Possible work on national holidays.

Qualifications

1. Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
2. Right to work in India.
3. Proficiency in English communication.
4. Computer literacy.
5. Availability for varying shifts including weekends.
6. Dedicated, distraction-free workspace with internet connectivity.
