Job Description

1. Amazon’s goal is to help customers worldwide find, discover, and buy anything online.
2. Seeking a smart Associate – Site Merchandising to grow the business.
3. Responsibilities include planning and executing merchandising strategies for the website and emails.
4. Position based in Bangalore.

Main Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with teams to provide category creative content.
2. Manage sections of store merchandising and curations.
3. Analyze performance reports.
4. Learn merchandising tools.
5. Execute merchandising plan as per schedule.
6. Assist in promotions and large-scale events.
7. Support creation of emails, category pages, brand stores, and campaigns.
8. Analyze relevant content/traffic metrics.

Requirements

1. Ability to think and act strategically and tactically.
2. Design and execute online campaigns to improve customer experience.
3. Strong communication skills.
4. Ability to prioritize tasks and take action.
5. Use data and metrics to support recommendations.
6. Work independently in a fast-paced environment.
7. Proficiency in HTML, XML, and Excel.
8. Willingness to learn in-house tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications is preferred.
