Job Description:

Position Summary:

1. Work as an Engineer I in the software development team.
2. Collaborate with a team to create innovative software solutions for the organization’s success.
3. Design, develop, and maintain software applications in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Software Development: Collaborate to create high-quality software solutions.
2. Requirements Analysis: Understand and translate requirements into technical specifications.
3. Coding and Testing: Write clean code and participate in testing for software quality.
4. Code Reviews: Provide feedback and ensure code quality through reviews.
5. Problem Solving: Identify and fix software defects.
6. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on emerging technologies.
7. Communication: Effectively communicate technical concepts to team members.
8. Process Improvement: Contribute to improving development processes.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
2. Proficiency in programming languages like PL/SQL, Java, Python, etc.
3. Understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
4. Experience with version control systems and IDEs.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
7. Strong communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience with database performance tuning.
2. Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL development.
3. Knowledge of ETL processes and database technologies.
4. Familiarity with cloud computing platforms.
5. Understanding of Agile methodologies.
6. Previous internship or co-op experience in software development.
