Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide technical and network problem resolution to end-users.
  2. Diagnose issues and engineer solutions for various use cases.
  3. Adjust network configurations and verify proper software settings.
  4. Work with field technicians to fix installation issues.
  5. Compile, pull, and analyze station and network logs.
  6. Communicate technical solutions clearly and professionally to users.
  7. Collaborate with product and engineering teams on major issues.

Skills and Attributes Needed

  2. Comfortable with making complex decisions and thinking creatively.
  3. Ability to read and understand site drawings, repair guides, and product specifications.
  4. Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills.
  5. Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly in both verbal and written form.
  6. Experience in driving initiatives and collaborating across functions.
  7. Create test plans and cases based on software expectations and specifications.
  8. Account management skills, including investigating and understanding current and historical issues.
  9. Adaptability to changes in work tasks or environment.
  10. Ability to complete tasks/projects with minimal supervision.
  11. Open communicator, able to give and receive feedback.
  12. Proactively identify areas for product improvement.
  13. Effective interpersonal skills to handle conflict or tension.
  14. Appreciation for diverse insights and working styles.
  15. High standards of performance and accountability.

Technical Requirements

  1. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  2. Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, M2M communications).
  3. Experience with cloud-based management platforms and applications.
  4. Ability to create documentation and knowledge articles.
  5. Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
  6. Experience with hardware and software problem resolution.
  7. Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  8. Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
  9. Experience with Jira or other bug management tools.
  10. Additional Microsoft, Linux, networking, or similar technologies certifications are a plus.

Eligibility

Freshers or individuals with 1+ year experience as a Technical Support Engineer.

Excellent English communication skills.
