Role Overview: 

Ericsson is looking for a skilled Domain Support Specialist to join their team, focusing on maintaining and enhancing technical capabilities in Automated Operations of Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Support: Provide expert technical assistance around the clock (24/7) and manage ticket queues promptly.
  2. Service Surveillance: Improve automated recovery processes and support on-site service monitoring.
  3. Service Availability: Ensure services are always available and performing well, adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  4. Proactive Maintenance: Conduct analysis to predict and prevent potential failures, ensuring quick incident resolution.
  5. Change Management: Execute and analyze the impact of change requests, coordinate first-level preventive maintenance, and perform routine maintenance.
  6. Incident Management: Provide proactive incident support and escalate to third-level support when necessary.
  7. Resource Fulfillment: Support basic change management and post-implementation processes.

Required Skills:

  1. Technical Expertise: Knowledge in Ericsson Operations Engine, 5G MS Operations Readiness, and RAN Fundamentals.
  2. Management Skills: Competence in problem management, business continuity, and customer experience assurance.
  3. Operational Skills: Incident management, system administration, service request fulfillment, and customer complaint resolution.
  4. Business Understanding: Understanding of customer assurance, MS TOP, knowledge sharing, and service improvement.
