Job Summary

Medpace is looking for full-time Junior Software QA Test Engineers (Validation Engineers) to join the IT team in their Mumbai office.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with developers and end users throughout the software life cycle.
2. Conduct various types of testing, including manual, exploratory, and automated.
3. Develop and maintain test cases, test plans, and project documentation.
4. Participate in peer reviews of test cases.
5. Identify and report software defects and inconsistencies.
6. Review, analyze, and supplement requirement specifications to ensure full test coverage.
7. Assist with the execution of acceptance test scripts by end users.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Experience in manual testing for complex software applications; automated testing experience is a plus.
3. Ability to communicate and work effectively with cross-departmental teams.
4. Strong computer skills.
5. Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
6. Experience in the regulated healthcare industry is an advantage.
