Job Responsibilities

Media Proposals:

1. Develop customized media proposals for clients and agencies using Excel.
2. Utilize data analysis and realistic projections to create these proposals quickly and efficiently.

Data Insights:

1. Analyze historical data to generate meaningful insights.
2. Use these insights to inform business decisions and strategies.

Data Analytics and Recording:

1. Generate, record, and analyze ad inventory reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
2. Utilize ad server data to track performance metrics and trends.
3. Generate, record, and analyze platform analytics data from tools like Google Analytics or Firebase regularly.
4. Conduct thorough data analysis to make realistic projections for upcoming cricket events such as matches, series, and tournaments.

Collaboration with Teams:

1. Work closely with the ad operations and sales teams.
2. Provide traffic and inventory-related data to support their activities and requests.
3. Ensure timely and accurate data delivery to meet the needs of these teams.

Time Management and Pressure Handling:

1. Manage multiple data and proposal requests concurrently.
2. Prioritize tasks effectively to meet time-sensitive deadlines.
3. Maintain high-quality work standards under pressure.

Financial Data Visualization:

1. Work with financial data to create clear, readable visuals.
2. Enable audiences to understand complex financial ideas through these visuals.

Data Collection and Preprocessing:

1. Collect data from various sources including databases, spreadsheets, and external data sources.
2. Clean and preprocess raw data to transform it into a suitable format for analysis.
3. Identify trends, patterns, and relationships within the data.

Reporting and Presentation:

1. Prepare and present detailed reports summarizing key findings and insights.
2. Ensure reports are based on daily, weekly, and monthly data extractions.
3. Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
4. Skillset Requirements

Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is required.

Technical Proficiency:

1. Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets, including arithmetic and analytical functions like VLOOKUP, power query, and pivot/power pivot tables.
2. Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and ad servers like DFP/Ad Manager 360 is preferred.
3. Experience with databases and Excel sheets for data extraction and analysis.

Programming Skills:

1. Knowledge of programming languages such as Python and R is a significant advantage.
2. Proficiency in using Excel power query for data manipulation and analysis.

Analytical Skills:

Strong ability to analyze data and identify significant trends and patterns.

Passionate about predicting future trends or outcomes using historical data.

Communication and Presentation:

1. Ability to prepare and present data findings in a clear and concise manner.
2. Effective communication skills to convey complex ideas to various stakeholders.
