Job Description
Customer Support: Provide comprehensive assistance and support to customers, both domestically and internationally, primarily through voice-based communication channels such as phone calls. Handle a variety of inquiries, ranging from technical issues to general product information.
Communication: Build and maintain strong rapport with customers through clear, articulate, and confident communication. Ensure that customers feel valued and understood throughout their interaction with the support team.
Problem Resolution: Prioritize customer satisfaction by aiming for first-time resolution of issues whenever feasible. Demonstrate a proactive and problem-solving mindset in addressing customer concerns promptly and effectively.
Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Communicate customer feedback and recurring issues to the technical team for further analysis and improvement.
Technical Expertise: Continuously enhance technical knowledge and expertise in the products and services offered by Zoho Corp. Stay updated on new features, updates, and best practices to better assist customers.
Content Management: Collaborate with the technical content team to identify gaps or deficiencies in the existing help modules or knowledge base. Provide suggestions for creating new support materials or updating existing ones to improve user experience and facilitate self-service support options.
Shift Flexibility: Be open to working night shifts as required by business needs. Ensure availability during designated support hours to maintain uninterrupted support coverage for customers.
Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training sessions and professional development opportunities provided by the company to enhance technical skills, customer service abilities, and overall job performance.
