Responsibilities

1. Performs routine tasks under supervision to meet objectives and deadlines.
2. Analyzes, designs, develops, and tests software products.
3. Resolves customer issues and provides technical support.
4. Develops software releases and documentation.
5. Retains technical knowledge and provides training.
6. Maintains quality standards and participates in process improvements.

2. Scope & Contribution: Works as an individual contributor on standard tasks.
