1. The job is about delivering quality business analyst solutions to achieve desired business outcomes.
2. Responsible for system configuration and testing on Health & Benefits platform.
3. Meeting or exceeding SLAs for delivered assignments.
4. Following standard procedures and participating in process improvements.
5. Communicating effectively with stakeholders.
6. Finding workarounds and problem-solving creatively.
7. Learning and understanding business-specific domain.
8. Applicants should be flexible working in shifts.
