Job Opportunity: Marketing Associate

Experience:

1. Looking for MBA/BBM Marketing freshers who passed out in 2023 or 2024.
2. Location is either Noida or Pune (Work From Office).

Responsibilities:

1. Manage marketing activities on social media platforms.
2. Identify audience groups and plan outreach strategies.
3. Develop content tailored for CXOs and Business unit heads to boost profile visibility.
4. Brainstorm innovative ideas to expand profile reach and generate quality leads.
5. Build and maintain a database of target segments.
6. Conduct email campaigns to reach out to potential clients.
7. Monitor and report on key metrics and initiatives.
8. Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to keep marketing materials updated.
9. Stay updated on new technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications/Skills:

1. Must have graduated in 2023 (Preferably with Marketing Specialization).
2. Familiarity with social media platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
3. Proficient in English communication (Reading, writing, speaking).
4. Basic knowledge of tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and MS PowerPoint.
5. Demonstrates a self-driven attitude and creativity.
6. Strong communication skills and ability to work well with different teams.
